Practical information

Before you start your journey with British Airways, you must provide a valid ID and possibly a visa. If you need special assistance, you are able to arrange this up to 48 hours on the British Airways website. The airport can only provide the requested service when you report at the special assistance desk at least 2 hours before departure. If you also want to order a special meal, you can do this until 24 hours before departure.
