Fly with American Airlines

American Airlines is a major North American airline and global leader in passenger aviation. Since the company's first flight in 1936, American Airlines has established itself as the world's largest airline by measure of fleet size, number of passengers carried, passenger miles flown, and number of destinations served. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth is the largest hub of the airline's 10 hubs located across the United States.

Spanning 55 countries and five continents, American Airlines flies to 95 international destinations and 95 domestic destinations. As of June 2020, it will be one of the few airlines in the world that flies to six continents, with the launch of their Philadelphia to Casablanca route.

Including the regional service American Eagle, the airline handles over 500,000 passengers per day on nearly 7000 flights to 350 destinations. That's 200 million passengers per year.
