Headquartered in the heart of Tokyo, All Nippon Airways is Japan's largest airline. It was established in 1952 and has been named a five-star airline by Skytrax. A provider of both domestic and international routes all over the world, All Nippon Airways operates out of its hub at Narita International Airport in Tokyo.

All Nippon Airways has four main cabin classes: First, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy Class. Every cabin class on All Nippon Airways feature reclining seats with personal screens equipped with the latest movies, TV shows, kids' channels, and video games. Both Japanese and Western cuisine is on offer during meal services on long-haul flights. Business and First Class seats are staggered to allow privacy and space, with renowned culinary delights provided during meal services. High-speed WiFi can be purchased on board. There are also numerous lounges for All Nippon Airways passengers in airports all across the world. Relaxing lounge spaces are on offer for passengers from Premium Economy through to First Class, as well as those with Diamond, Platinum, ANA Super Flyers, or Star Alliance Gold membership status.

Online check-in is available for most All Nippon Airways passengers and flights via mobile device or online. Check-in is possible between 24 hours and 75 minutes prior to scheduled departure, and it is recommended that passengers move to their boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure. All Nippon Airways recommends arriving at the airport at least 60 minutes before international departures, and 30 minutes before domestic departures. If online check-in is not available, or if there are special circumstances, such as traveling with infants or checking excess luggage, it is recommended that passengers leave appropriate time for checking in and boarding.
First Class
First Class passengers can take up to 3 pieces of checked luggage, each no more than 32 kg/ 70 lbs. Passengers are additionally allowed 1 piece of carry-on luggage and 1 personal item such as a handbag or camera bag. Carry-on luggage must be no more than 10 kg/ 22 lbs.
Business Class
The checked luggage allowance for Business Class passengers is 2 pieces of luggage, each no more than 32 kg/ 70 lbs. Business Class passengers can also take 1 piece of carry-on luggage and 1 personal item such as a handbag or camera bag, with a total combined weight up to 10 kg/ 22 lbs.
Premium Economy/ Economy Class
Both Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers can bring 2 pieces of checked luggage, each no more than 23 kg/ 50 lbs. 1 piece of carry-on luggage and 1 personal item such as a handbag or camera bag is also permitted for Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers. Carry-on luggage must not exceed 10 kg/ 22 lbs.
Checked luggage must have dimensions (length, width, height) not exceeding 158 cm/ 62 in. The dimensions of carry-on luggage (length, width, height) must not exceed 115 cm/ 45 in. The length, width and height must be within the dimensions of 55 x 40 x 25 cm/ 22 x 16 x 10 in.
Excess or oversized luggage, such as musical instruments or sporting equipment, may be considered as 1 piece of checked luggage if it is within the allowed checked luggage dimensions. It is best to check the charges your musical instrument may incur ahead of time on All Nippon Airways website. The same goes for sporting equipment.
Infants up to 2 years old are allowed 1 additional piece of checked luggage, such as a stroller, but it must also conform to the allowed luggage size dimensions. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are allowed the same checked and carry-on luggage allowance as adult passengers.
