Daallo Airlines is an airline based out of the Djibouti International Airport with a major hub at the Dubai International Airport in the United Arab Emirates. They provide services to Africa and the Middle East, and currently fly to cities in Somalia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kenya. The airline prides itself on its small, family atmosphere, as well as offering fantastic service to a limited number of destinations. It is considered one of the best companies in Somalia and Djibouti. The airline was established in 1991, beginning operations with a single Cessna aircraft. Economy Class passengers are offered a safe and comfortable journey to their destination, and tickets include one checked bag. Snacks and meals are available on flights longer than 60 minutes. Drinks are available for purchase; tea and coffee is served on all flights. Daallo Airlines' Business Class passengers on international and regional flights are treated to fully lie-flat seats, personal spaces to ensure privacy, and work surfaces to ensure business travelers arrive at their meetings prepared and refreshed. Their excellent menu provides passengers with a wide variety of excellent food options, including traditional meals, vegetarian options, and options for all allergies/food preferences.

Check-In information:
Passengers are advised to check-in at the airport more than three hours before their flight to ensure they can check in their bags, complete immigration information, and complete security checks. Tickets, passports, and visa information must be supplied upon check-in. Online check-in is not possible for most flights.

Luggage:

• Checked bags for Economy Class can be up to 20 kg
• Assistive devices and excess baggage can be booked in advance directly with the airline
• Business Class passengers may check up to 30 kg of luggage.
• Business Class customers are also allowed a carry-on item, jacket, briefcase or garment bag in addition to their allowances.
• All cabin bags must fit under the seat in front of you and must weigh less than 7 kg
