Business Class

5-star service on the ground starts with priority check-in/boarding, baggage allowance, and special lounges. If connecting, our new premium lounge in Beijing’s Terminal 1 will pamper you with everything from massage chairs, complimentary WiFi, personal entertainment, and even a noodle bar!

In the air, your seat becomes a bed, prepared with fine cotton sheets and a duvet when you want to drift off to pleasant dreams. Along with the complimentary amenity kit with eyeshades and Bvlgari® cosmetic items, enjoy the wide selection of movies, audio, games and entertainment on your personal screen, as well as fine dining onboard. WiFi is available on selected flights.

Economy Class

Passengers in our main cabin are also accorded five-star service. Families with small children may board early, and once on board, they’ll find comfortable seats, pillows and blankets, and complimentary beverages to accompany the meal service provided by flight attendants with genuine smiles. The same personal entertainment system is available to each and every passenger and even includes a flight map display. WiFi is offered on certain flights.

If connecting in Beijing, economy passengers have their own special transit lounge in Terminal 1, with features such as recliners, free Wi-Fi and snacks, usually available only in other airlines’ premium clubs. Passengers with special needs will be treated to our “More Care” service, designed to make travel easier for those who require a little extra assistance.

Security measures for US bound flights

Passengers may face longer check-in and boarding queues at the airport when flying with the US bound flights. Hainan Airlines suggest passengers flying to the US to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure.

Hainan Airlines Airport lounges

Hainan Airlines airport lounges are available to eligible passengers in Beijing, Xi'an, Haikou, and Guangzhou. Guests can relax and enjoy a five-star servicing environment and catering prior to boarding. Designed by a renowned Taiwanese designer, the lounges has a unique embodiment of similar elements, both physically and visually, to that of an aircraft cabin.
