What kind of information we collect from you:

How BudgetAir secures your information

All personal information you provide to BudgetAir when booking is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt information being sent between you and our site.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. (b) when you are purchasing products

In order to purchase travel and related services and products through our website, you must provide us with specific personal information such as your name, credit card number with expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, email address and the name or names of the person(s) traveling (if not you). In addition, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all travelers to provide their date of birth and gender which must be included within all bookings completed through BudgetAir. We may also ask you for other personal information, such as your frequent traveler numbers. We need this information to process, fulfill and confirm your reservations and transactions.

If you are making a reservation for one or more travelers other than yourself, you will need to make sure that each of these other travelers agrees in advance and that you may disclose their personal information to us.

(c) when signing up for emails from BudgetAir

BudgetAir possesses a number of opportunities for you to sign up to receive emails about special offers or pricing available through our site. You will need to provide an email address to us to receive these offers. However, you may choose at any time to no longer receive these types of e-mail messages by selecting the "SafeUnsubscribe" option at the bottom of the email received.

We will not share, rent or sell any email addresses provided by you to BudgetAir.

You can always choose not to provide your personal information to us; however some information about you is required in order for you to register on our website, purchase products and services, to ask us a question; or initiate other transactions on our website.

BudgetAir does not sell travel or other services for purchase by children and does not knowingly collect information from people under the age of 18.
